"Bless the Lord, O my soul; and all that is within me, bless His holy name! Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases." - Psalms 103:1-3
The psalmist reminds us to bless the Lord with our whole being. Thanksgiving isn’t just about words; it’s a posture of the heart that flows into worship. True gratitude should involve all that we are—our mind, body, and spirit—acknowledging God’s goodness. As we enter the season of Thanksgiving, take time to reflect on the countless ways God has been faithful. Even in difficult times, His blessings are present. Journaling, sharing testimonies, or simply meditating on the Word can help us remain thankful. When we remember what God has done, it strengthens our faith for what He will do. Gratitude is a key to maintaining hope and trust in God’s promises.
