"Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee" -

Deuteronomy 31:6,NKJV

This message reminds us that God’s promises are not random blessings—they are part of our spiritual inheritance (birthright). The “Promised Land” represents everything God spoke over our lives: purpose, stability, provision, peace, authority, and victory.

God tells Joshua something powerful: “Every place your foot touches, I’ve already given it to you.” Meaning:

  • The promise already belongs to you

  • But you must still walk into it

  • And you must have faith + courage to possess it

The Promised Land is your birthright.

And to possess it, you must:

  • move forward in faith

  • speak courage over your life

  • stay rooted in the Word

  • trust God’s presence

  • walk like you belong there

Scripture Scriptures:

Joshua 1:3-9

Genesis 12:1–7

Exodus 6:4

Joshua 21:43

Psalm 11:4

John 14:2–3

Galatians 4:7 -9

Psalm 95: 7-11

Joshua 21:43–45

Hebrews 3:19

Hebrews 4:8–9

Isaiah 30:15

Hebrews 4:3

Matthew 11:28–30

Psalm 95:8

Proverbs 3:5-6

Takeaways:

Heaven is not the Promised Land

God’s rest is always available

Each generation must respond in faith

Past privilege does not guarantee present obedience
