To bless the Lord means to praise, worship, exalt and express your gratitude for his gifts.
Life itself is a gift from God, including Health and Strength.
Your heart in your command center for your Soulish Ream: The soul is often seen as distinct from the spirit, with the spirit being the part of a person that connects directly with God.
MIND - The mind represents the mental faculties that include thoughts, reasoning, and the ability to process information. It is how we think, understand, and interpret the world around us. The mind is involved in making sense of experiences and forming beliefs.
WILL - The will is the part of the soul that governs decisions, choices, and actions. It is the aspect of a person that decides between different courses of action and determines a person's direction in life. The will can be influenced by desires, emotions, and intellect, but it ultimately reflects one's personal choices and motivations.
IMAGINATION - The imagination is the mental ability to form images, concepts, or ideas that are not immediately present to the senses. It allows for creativity, dreaming, and envisioning possibilities. In a spiritual context, the imagination can be a powerful tool for envisioning one's relationship with God or the future.
EMOTION - Emotion represents the feelings we experience, such as joy, sorrow, anger, love, fear, etc. Emotions are often reactive responses to events or stimuli and play a major role in human decision-making and behavior. The emotional part of the soul can sometimes be overwhelming or misleading, making it important to regulate and align with the mind and will.
INTELLECT - The intellect is the part of the soul that processes information and makes sense of it logically. It includes the ability to analyze, reason, and understand abstract concepts. It plays a significant role in making decisions based on knowledge and experience.
